Sliding doors

A sliding door saves space. We manufacture sliding doors using all our flush door constructions, including an acoustic version with Rw 38 dB sound insulation. Choose paint, wood veneer, laminate or a plastic door option. Glazing openings are also available.

Sliding doors normally move about 10 mm away from the wall, creating a challenge for sound insulation. Ovesta has developed a sliding door with carefully sealed edges. Drop-down seals are fitted at the bottom and top, one vertical edge has a magnetic seal, and the closing edge meets a sealed vertical frame member.
